LORETO, ENGRACIA & SIMEONA (L.E.S.) Private Farm stands as a testament to the resilience and determination of its founder, who proudly bears the surname of his ancestors.
Despite encountering significant challenges and discrimination from within his own family, he remained steadfast in his commitment to reclaiming the land for its rightful owners—their ancestors. Supported unwaveringly by his late grandfather, Mayor Loreto "Etong" Laqui, his grandmother Engracia "Nanay Ise" Laqui, and particularly his grandmother, an Old Maiden, Simeona "Tia" Laqui, he overcame the obstacles to realize his vision.
The farm not only embodies his personal journey but also serves as a tribute to their enduring support and belief in him. Through dedicated effort and inspired by their example, the farm now stands as a testament to his efforts to honor their legacy and uphold their memory.
